Hva blir synkronisert
Integrering har tre hovedfunksjoner:
Send utvalgte ordrer/ prosjekter til Tidsbanken.
- Send alle ansatte som er aktive til Tidsbanken.
- Få timene fra Tidsbanken nettside.
The API key should be activated by Tidsbanken.
Every customer will have a different API url, so this setting should also be provided by Tidsbanken.
Aktivere ordre publisering:
If this is checked, we will take only the orders that are selected. If not, we will export all orders.
If not all of them are imported, please set the LastEdit (by SQL or by modifying the project and the order).
Importer lønnsart som timeart
If it is checked
- The timearter in timereg should be the similar to Tidsbanken’s lønnsarter.
If it is unchecked
- The lønnsarter in timereg should be configured to be the same as Tidsbanken lønnsarter.
- The rate will be recalculated. A message appears in the sync settings, saying if it is being recalculated or not.
Aktiver ansatt fra Tidsbanken
Not all employees will be synchronized: you should select the ones you want to send to Tidsbanken
Default settings (first sync)
The “Default” settings (usually used) are
- Importer timer automatisk etter nedlasting
- Aktivere ordre publiseriung
- (Importer lønnsart som timeart)
Synchronize the orders
To be synchsonized, an order should be checked in the order tab.
“Ordre aktiv i Tidsbanken” is true by default. If you uncheck it, the order won’t be active in Tidsbanken. this setting is because some orders need to be active only in Uni and inactive in Tidsbanken, and it will prevent them to be set to active again at each synchonization.
Possible errors, and how to fix them
Error message “Newtonsoft”
If the error message contains “NewtonSoft Json “, you should install this file:
Unable to get lock for Sync, Synkronisering kanselleres
Right click, reaktivere
Error creating manager instance
The files for Tidsbanken sync are missing, you should download them here: http://filer.mosoft.no/install/V3/Integration/Tidsbanken/Mosoft_TidsbankenSync_v1.1.1.exe (the database doesn’t need to be installed again).
If you get one of these errors, it means that the API key is wrong. You should contact Tidsbanken and provide them your Company ID and password, and they will give you the correct key (or activate your key).
Can’t find payroll ID by lønnsart
Two things can be checked:
- In klient/system: check if they added the payroll in this list:
- And if “sats” has been added here:
A file is missing (message containing”Could not load file or assembly”)
In this case, the first thing to do is to download again the last version of the sync framework and to install it or repair it (depending on the option). If it doesn’t run, make sure everything is closed (timereg and the sync
